will work with you to best define QoS strategies, and help you implement this
against the information discovered. Assuming initial readiness, we will help
you define detailed QoS mechanism's (classification, marking and queuing)
throughout your network from endpoint to endpoint, traversing L2,3, LAN and
WAN.
As Base
level, but with the deployment of leading industry software tools for VoIP
performance and management. Strategic deployment of test 'call groups' and
'endpoints' which will simulate and test various VoIP call conditions and
scenarios. In addition to the Base Level, device and topology detail gathered,
this test information will provide 'evidence' of potential issues, together
with documented performance testing against industry call quality using mean
opinion scoring (MOS). This will also provide information to use against optimizing
existing network infrastructure equipment (traffic classification & prioritization)

network fundamentals. A 'snapshot' report examining the basic requirements
for voice support, with recommendations and identification of possible problem
areas (to improve, evolve or update network infrastructure / topology linkage).
